A few final words about 2009

2009 was a rough year for us: Not only had our host multiple server issues, we also had to switch to another hosting company for cost saving reasons - one which limits access to german visitors only. That's the main reason most people only see Filefront listed anymore. A second major change in 2009 was automatic updates coupled with - or rather, restricted to - digital download plattforms like Impulse or Steam. This certainly made finding new patches for some of our top games this year next to impossible, even though we still see thousands of people every month checking for a new Sins of a Solar Empire patch download. Thankfully, not all was bad in 2009: We finally found a marketing company willing to support our site. So expect quite a few surprises in 2010 - we are working on a complete relaunch as well as our own dedicated servers.
