SCS still hasn't given up on ETS2, but instead is working on another DLC and a new patch.

Patch 1.12 will bring you a truck browser, allowing you to preview, browse , visualize and even paint any unlocked truck in the game. The same goes for the trailer browser, also new in patch 1.12.
