How would I integrate this patch with my version on steam?

Thanks so much for making this! I love this game but have never been able to complete it due to the bugs. Just tried using this patch but whenever i try to open it i just get "vampire.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" anyone have any advice? I'm running it on xp. Thanks in advance

Can't answer phone in tattoo parlor. It hangs the receiver back up and word hello in box appears no voice and I'm frozen in place.

Smoke Shop STILL has no door for me and the Library Quest is completely broken because there is no elevator or doors.

Create a patch to bring a game up to date and host it on a site that looks more ancient than geocities. SMART.

Just finished installing the patch but now I'm getting an error that says "Failed to launcher DLL: Specific Module could not be found". Is there a way around it?

Here I am, just thinking about playing the game again and the patch got released just yesterday! I owe you guys so much and just wanted to leave a small expression of my appreciation :D Thank you again!

I am using it on windows 7, I have to say that graphics and sound are amazing, sometimes it freezes but keeps running ok, I'm not sure if it is the game or the patch though. I would like to ask if it will be ok with the patch, I mean, will it run smoothly if I add the mod for antitbres or any other? Thanks for the info.
