- Fix for bugzilla #629 - code defaults for various ex-GamePrefs.ini items for map/cockpit radar now match what GamePrefs.ini had defaulted to. [NM]

- Work on the message of the form "UHOH: GameObj desynch: team #2 != userTeam# 3, OR user 0x22358370 != 0x22358370 player." Added lots of logging on all changes to the user team #, trying to figure out who/what is setting it incorrectly. [NM]

- bz2edit.exe should show shell better. bzshell_editor*.cfg didn't have the native resolution command settings present. [NM]

- Tweak banning code to be a little more understandable (to me) and reduce duplicated code. Also updated banlist.ini to cover recent DDOS attacks on BZ2 games. [NM]
