- added a way to postpone texture uploading so main thread could do it - r_postponeTextureUpload
- fixed more case sensitive file names in UI, models, shaders, and sound stuff
- will no longer build ctx files from rtx files
- added a "Compressed textures not supported" warning
- now TextInput widgets can handle Ctrl-v (paste)
- fixed some show commands not working on first menu shown
