We already issued a revised patch about 2 weeks - just download it again from here - to adress issues with Windows 10, which might fix your issues with launcher.dll.

There will be a small bugfix coming next week, hopefully addressing these issues.

I'm having the EXACT same situation with the 'failed to load the launcher dll'.

I'm new to this (only recently ascended)... when I try to open the game from the 'vtm bloodlines unofficial patch' desktop shortcut it gives me a 'failed to load the launcher ddl: the specific module could not be found'. I'm on windows 10, have the game on steam. the game runs without the patch if that helps. Any help is appreciated!

Actually, we don't know yet if there will be a new german patch - the author of the german patch has been busy with other things for quite some time.
