i had just started a new character on 9.3 I will install this one right away!

We've added a revised patch (same download link), which hopefully fixes some issues with Windows 10. Please leave some feedback here, if you still got some issues with the revised patch.

You do not have to enter any comment. It is not required. I cannot replicate your problems at all. Downloads work just fine without entering any comment.
