Fixed

• Ships can now freely transfer/pick up Ore from ships and planets, letting you move ore around.
• Phasite no longer works on Mono overpopulation.
• Nylli GUI no longer shows 0 pressure caps on the UI, since they do not have any pressure caps.
• Fix issue with the nickname box on the multiplayer menu FUBARing the UI.
• Fix not being able to see what empires another empire is at war with in their diplomacy tab tooltip.
• Fix some rounding issues and bugs in various numbers on the UI.
• Prepping for release on Facebook with our Macromedia Shockwave port.
